FinFree Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FinFree, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms.

2. Service Description

FinFree is a personal financial management platform that offers:

  • Free Plan: Basic access with 100 transactions/month, 5 custom categories and 20 Telegram queries/day
  • Premium Plan: Unlimited features, advanced reports, bank integration and priority support

3. Registration and User Account

To use FinFree, you must:

  • Provide true, accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities performed in your account

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and protect your data according to our Privacy Policy:

  • All financial data is encrypted
  • We do not share your information with third parties without consent
  • You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time

We comply with LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and GDPR when applicable.

5. Plans and Payments

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our certified partners: Stripe (international payments) and Asaas (payments in Brazil). FinFree does not store complete credit card information. All financial transactions are protected by end-to-end encryption and follow the highest PCI-DSS security standards.

5.2 Subscriptions and Renewals

When subscribing to the Premium plan:

  • Billing is recurring (monthly or annual, as chosen)
  • Renewal is automatic until cancellation
  • You can cancel at any time through account settings
  • After cancellation, you maintain access until the end of the paid period
  • Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice

5.3 Refund Policy

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions already paid, as we provide immediate access to all premium features. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Serious technical problems that prevent the use of the platform and cannot be resolved in a timely manner
  • Duplicate billing or payment processing error
  • Other exceptional circumstances analyzed case by case by our support team

5.4 Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will try to process again within 3 days. If all attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan until payment is regularized.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
  • Overload or interfere with service infrastructure
  • Use unauthorized bots, scrapers or automated tools
  • Violate intellectual property rights of FinFree or third parties

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

FinFree uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide financial analysis, forecasts, insights and personalized recommendations through our voice assistant and other features.

IMPORTANT: The analyses, forecasts and recommendations provided by AI are automatically generated based on available data and statistical models. While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, AI may make errors, provide incomplete information or make inaccurate predictions. AI suggestions do not constitute professional financial advice and should not be considered as such. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make based on the information provided by the platform. We always recommend consulting a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, functionalities and source code of FinFree are the exclusive property of the company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into the platform, but grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and store your data to provide the service
  • Generate personalized analyses and insights
  • Create aggregated and anonymous statistics to improve the service
  • Back up your data for security

9. Limitation of Liability

FinFree is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for:

  • Financial decisions made based on platform information
  • Errors or inaccuracies in analyses or forecasts generated by AI
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues

10. Third-Party Integration

FinFree may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Telegram (Free plan) and WhatsApp (Premium plan) for financial queries
  • Banking institutions for transaction synchronization
  • Payment processors (Stripe, Asaas)

11. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • There is suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • There is non-payment for more than 30 days

Important: You can cancel your account at any time through settings or by contacting contato@finfree.com.br. After cancellation, your data will be kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Add, modify or remove features
  • Change pricing structure with prior notice
  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Discontinue the service with 60 days' notice

We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform.

13. Warranties and Disclaimers

FinFree is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI analysis results will always be accurate
  • All features will be available at all times

Our technical support will make the best effort to resolve issues, but we do not guarantee resolution within a specific timeframe.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved:

  • Preferably through mediation or arbitration
  • If necessary, in the courts of [City], Brazil
  • Respecting consumer rights according to the Consumer Protection Code

For international users, additional laws may apply in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through notices on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.
